How is delivery costed?
Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout depending on location and parcel size and weight. All delivery charges are calculated at the checkout.
International orders may be subject to an additional customs import tax. This is a charge for incoming products and you would be responsible for paying any charges to release your parcel.
UK shipping is via Royal Mail Second Class services.
When will I receive my order?
Dispatch time refers to the time taken to create and package your order. When your order has entered the postal system the current delivery times are stated as:
UK: 2-5 working days after dispatch
International: 6-7 working days after dispatch
Please note we cannot resend orders until Royal Mail has officially declared the item lost. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the times stated above.
Can I order custom sizes for prints?
You can order custom A2 sizes by special request - please contact us using the contact form on the homepage. Custom size printing takes 7 working days as we use a local printer. It is then sent to us for quality checks and then onwards to you. Please, therefore, be patient knowing your order will take longer than usual. We will keep you updated once you have made an order.

Privacy
Callie Stay Cool collects information from you dependant on the services you require and actions you complete whilst using the site.
We collect:
Basic Contact Details - name, address and contact information
Shopping information - including items you place in your cart
Order information - including payment confirmation, email address, billing and shipping addresses
Payment
Payment is taken using our e-commerce platform choice Squarespace. Callie Stay Cool does not see or interact with your payment choice and payment account details.
Cancellations & Refunds
We are able to cancel purchases made within 24 hours of purchase UNLESS the products have already been sent out for delivery.
If you require a cancellation or refund please use the contact form on the website or email calliestaycool@gmail.com with your order number and details of your request. We will get back to you within 48 hours and supply a return address and any additional information.
We accept returns within 14 days. You will be responsible for the costs of return shipping. If you received free postage on your original order a set charge of £3 (UK) and £5 (worldwide) will be deducted from your return amount.
Returns must be in original packaging and in sellable condition (no bends, marks, dents etc). Please ensure your return is carefully packaged to help ensure this. Please obtain proof of postage from your carrier - we will require this proof in order to process your refund.
